What a sad and neglected blog. Who's running this thing!? Seriously. They should be fired. ;)
So much has been going on lately. Life has just been crazy & busy. I've been sick since last Wednesday too, which always adds to the fun. Imagine my excitement. It's starting to feel more like Christmas though, which I'm happy about! I finally put up our really, really "well-loved" Christmas tree. You know the expression "hanging on by a limb"? Uh, that pretty much sums up our tree. My parents bought it their first year of marriage thirty-three years ago and it's past the point of brittle. We're still holding on to the thing and showing it love though... or just being too cheap to buy a new one. Your call. As I pulled up from work today and walked pass our front window that displays the tree I couldn't help but laugh. The tree is tilted at at-least a 20 degree angle, as if ready to fall. I felt like yelling "timber!", warning anyone that might be in danger. Saddest part? We'll probably try to weasel another 10 years out of the thing too, lol. Anyone else have a tree that could be classified as "historic"?
I did a couple photo shoots in November for people's Christmas cards. I'll have to sift through and post some favorites of mine. Here's a one of my SIL's sister and her little girl that I thought was sweet. One of the last shots from the shoot too. Why is it those always turn out to be some of the best?
Anyway, just thought I'd pop in say hello. Ello!
P.S. And hey, make sure to check out Becky's blog in the coming days. She'll be sharing images of January's KOTM, which I am super amped about! You don't have to be a scrapbooker to love this kit. Just someone who loves taking pictures and documenting everyday life. Way cool.
